We are delighted to announce that following the Regulatory List Management Board’s most recent round of appointments Kings Chambers now has 3 members of chambers on the panel of Specialist Advocates in Health and Safety and Environmental Law.
The Regulatory List Management Board is comprised of: the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the Environment Agency (EA), the Office of Rail and Road (ORR), the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the Office of Nuclear Regulation (ONR) and Natural Resources Wales (NRW). The board has appointed a specialist list of advocates to perform their advocacy following a competitive selection process.
