Members of Kings Chambers, along with leading specialist speakers, are presenting a half-day conference in Lausanne, Switzerland addressing the topics of regulation and arbitration in sport.
The conference, which takes place on 23rd January, will see David Casement QC, Dr Gregory Ioannidis, Martin Budworth and Kelly Pennifer from Kings Chambers speak on topics ranging from arbitration agreements, regulating football intermediaries to FIFA Article 17 and its effect on domestic football. Joining them will be Mark Hovell, Mills & Reeve LLP, Antonio Rigozzi of Levy Kaufmnan-Kohler and Michele Bernasconi of Bär & Karrer AG who will expand the discussion and cover matters relating to CAS.
