Shropshire Council’s FOAHN Supported By PINS

Shropshire Council have recently had their approach to 5 year land supply fully tested at Public Inquiry including by way of a detailed challenge to their recently published FOAHN. The Council’s approach has withstood the scrutiny and the existence of a 5 LS has been confirmed. The most recent appeal decision in respect of a site at Tarporley Road, Whitchurch is below. Gary Grant of Kings Chambers was instructed on the appeal.
