Kings Chambers is delighted to announce the launch of Kings Arbitration Service (KAS) offering litigants a real alternative to the traditional methods of dispute resolution, notably litigation. This new and innovative service offers parties a real alternative to Court proceedings and a completely new offering in the dispute resolution market.
KAS is a bespoke arbitration service which is accessible, simple, cost effective and quick using a range of highly experienced arbitrators whose decisions are easily enforceable by the Courts. The Service can be used for any dispute of any size and is not reliant on an arbitration clause already within any relevant contract but depends on a simple agreement between the parties to arbitrate.

To celebrate the formation of KAS we are hosting a special launch event in each of our chambers. Participants will have the opportunity to consider and discuss scenarios from a mock arbitration and to meet, and ask questions to, our panel of experienced arbitrators.
