BICBA International Dispute Resolution Conference - UAE

The British Irish Commercial Bar Association held its inaugural conference in the UAE on 11 March. Chaired by David Casement QC and Marcus Daly SC the event addressed major points of interest in litigation and arbitration. The event was attended by lawyers, academics and businesses drawn from UK, Ireland and the UAE. Chairing the individual sessions were Colm O’hOisin SC, Michael Stephens and Sam Karim. The BICBA UAE Conference will be held each year and provides a bridge between the UAE and each of the four jurisdictions that make up BICBA
