
Kings Chambers is delighted to announce that, following the successful completion of their pupillages, Phoebe Mather, Adam Weisz, Fraser Barnstaple, Martha Garcia, Millie Critchlow, and Emily Kettell have accepted offers of tenancy.
Phoebe is a member of the Employment Team. She undertook her pupillage with Ben Williams and Helen Gardiner, and represents individuals, businesses, and public authorities in hearings and mediations. She also has experience in regulatory law, particularly licensing.
Adam accepts instructions across a range of Court of Protection matters. During pupillage, he gained experience in a broad range of public and administrative law cases, including public inquiries, human rights claims, and inquests. His pupil supervisors were Richard Borrett and Sophie Allan.
Fraser is a member of the Costs and Litigation Funding Team, having successfully completed pupillage under the supervision of Andrew Hogan, Kevin Latham, and Erica Bedford. He practises in Costs and Personal Injury.
Martha joins the Business & Property Team, specialising in property, insolvency, commercial, and corporate disputes. She completed her pupillage under Martin Budworth and Jonathan Fletcher-Wright, and accepts instructions across the full range of Business and Property work.
Millie joins the well-established Planning Team, having completed her pupillage under Philip Robson and Stephanie Hall. She accepts instructions across Planning, Licensing, Highways, and Local Government law and advises and represents clients from both the public and private sectors.
Emily is a member of the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Team, having completed her pupillage under the supervision of Victoria Heyworth and Louise Green. During her pupillage, she gained experience handling high-value, complex clinical negligence cases. She also has experience representing families in inquests and acting in regulatory hearings.
