Kings Chambers welcomes Jodie Wildridge to the Business & Property Team.
Jodie was called to the Bar in 2018 and has developed a strong practice across insolvency, commercial litigation, professional negligence, and company law. She is regularly instructed to advise, draft, and appear in court at all stages of proceedings, including urgent and without notice applications for injunctive relief. Alongside her Court work, Jodie maintains a busy advisory and drafting practice, often guiding clients from pre-action to resolution by settlement or trial.
She has a particular interest in company and shareholder disputes and is frequently instructed in high-value Companies Act claims. Legal 500 (2025) recognises Jodie as “a go-to junior barrister” and a Rising Star in Company and Insolvency law, noting her technical strength, client care skills, and ability to get to grips with complex matters quickly.
Welcoming Jodie, Chief Clerk Gary Young said:
“We are very pleased to welcome Jodie to Kings Chambers. She brings a wealth of experience in commercial litigation and insolvency and will be a great asset to the team.”
Jodie is clerked by Brandon Singh and Louie Morrissey.
