Adam Aldred of Kings Chambers is part of the counsel team instructed in proposed collective proceedings concerning alleged anti-competitive conduct in the online display advertising market.

The claim has been brought by AGC Collective Actions Limited on behalf of UK advertisers, alleging abuses of Google’s dominant position in Ad Tech, the technology facilitating online display advertising.  The proposed claim seeks damages in the region of up to £3 billion.

Adam is instructed alongside Mark Brealey KC and Nicholas Khan KC (both of Monckton Chambers), with solicitors KP Law acting for the proposed class representative.
