On the 11th June, specialist members of Kings construction and engineering team held an interactive Zoom session to discuss recent legal developments in construction. Andrew Singer QC chairs the event with panel members including Sarah Lawrenson, Jonathan Ward and Simon Arnold. We were also delighted to welcome His Honour Judge Stephen Davies (Specialist judge of the Technology and Construction Court) who joins the conversation and addresses us on the Manchester TCCs continued support of dispute resolution in the North West and beyond.
The seminar aims to navigate through some of the most recent legal developments in construction and consider the practical implications for professionals in the field. It also provides each delegate with a unique platform to discuss those challenges and share best practice from a variety of perspectives with each other and with our specialists.
