Kings Chambers is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the 2026 Charter for Fairness Mark by the Chancery Bar Association in recognition of its commitment to fairness, equality and inclusion at the Bar.

The Fairness Charter was created by the Chancery Bar Association following the Voices of Women at the Chancery Bar report published in April 2021. It sets out 12 practical recommendations aimed at improving fairness in areas including work allocation, career development, marketing opportunities and earnings.

While originally developed in response to discussions around gender equality, the Charter is equally relevant to practitioners with other protected characteristics and across all areas of practice.

By adopting the Charter, Kings Chambers reaffirms its commitment to supporting the progression of women and underrepresented groups within the profession.
