Jonathan Easton & Constanze Bell will speak at the PEBA Conference 2019 “Driving Planning; Hitting the Accelerator and Brake” on 17 May 2019 at Hogan Lovells International LLP in London. The 2019 conference will address the latest developments in planning and environmental law.

Jonathan and Constanze’s talk: “The Future of Viability Post NPPF & PPG 2019: Directing Growth or Hampering Development?” will consider the latest developments in viability assessment policy and guidance. 

The 2019 PEBA Conference’s Frances Patterson Paper, named in honour of the Late Dame Frances Patterson, a leading planning silk and former Head of Chambers, will be given by Bridget Rosewell CBE (appointed Chair of the Independent Review into Planning Appeal Inquiries in June 2018).
