Kings Chambers is delighted to announce that, on the recommendation of The Lord Chancellor, Jonathan Easton and Helen Mulholland are to be appointed by His Majesty The King as King’s Counsel. They will be officially sworn in at a ceremony next year.
Jonathan is a member of the Planning team and practises in the areas of town and country planning and compulsory purchase, environmental law, highways and road traffic, licensing, local government and social housing.
Helen is a member of the Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury team and practises in healthcare law, with particular expertise in cases of medical negligence and serious medical treatment decisions.
