Martin Budworth, instructed by Mills & Reeve represents the Argentinan international footballer, Jonas Gutierrez, this week at the hearing of his claim against his former club Newcastle United. The player claims that his selection was deliberately managed to ensure that he did not secure an automatic one year extension to his contract.
