John Barrett, acting for Gladman Developments Limited, has secured planning permission on appeal for up to 160 houses on a greenfield site at Longwick, Buckinghamshire. Wycombe District Council had resisted the appeal and alleged harm to the linear character of the settlement, highway safety and sustainability.
