John Barrett has secured another residential planning permission for Gladman Developments Limited on appeal for 150 houses at North Road, Glossop. Inspector Brendan Lyons found that the Local Planning Authority could not demonstrate a 5 year supply of housing land as required by national policy.
In addition a partial award of costs was made against the Council: High Peak Borough Council.
