John Barrett has secured planning permission for 226 houses to be built on a greenfield site in Hambleton District.
The appeal was made under section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 against a refusal to grant outline planning permission.
The Inspector concluded that the Council’s housing supply was less than 5 years and permission was granted.
John acted on behalf of Gladman Developments Limited.
