Late in 2016, Dame Frances Patterson was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer after leading a seemingly healthy and active life. The news was a shock to both her family and Kings Chambers.
In an effort to raise funds and awareness for Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund, Dame Frances Patterson’s son Oliver Nicholson will walk approximately 400 miles over the course of 3 weeks. The journey will take place between May, July & August, take family and friends to key places in Frances’s life. The start is in Hartburn, Stockton on Tees where she was born and the finish is in London, via Cheshire and Leicester.
