Following his retirement as a Senior Circuit Judge in March, His Honour Mark Gosnell has joined Kings Chambers as an associate tenant and will accept instructions as a Mediator.
Mark completed his training with the London School of Mediation on a course recognised by the International Mediation Institute. He is happy to accept instructions as a Mediator on either a facilitative or evaluative basis on any type of civil litigation or court procedure including costs.
Welcoming Mark to his new position, Andrew Singer KC, Head of Chambers at Kings Chambers, said: “We are delighted that Mark has chosen to join Kings Chambers as a mediator having retired from his judicial career. He will be a significant addition to our mediation team.”
