We are delighted to announce that Francesca Gardner has been appointed as a Deputy District Judge. Francesca has been appointed to sit on the North Eastern Circuit within the Civil Jurisdiction.
Francesca’s appointment will take effect on 21st October 2022 in conjunction with her 2020 appointment as a fee paid judge of the First-tier Tribunal assigned to the Health, Education and Social Care Chamber (Mental Health), and alongside her ongoing professional practice at Kings Chambers.
