Over the course of three days earlier this week, insolvency barristers from Kings Chambers delivered a bespoke full day conference to over 150 delegates, across Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham. The flagship conference provided a critical and analytical review of developments in insolvency in 2015 and looked ahead to 2016, including an analysis in the form of an exciting moot of the arguments which will be pursued in the important appeal in Horton v Henry, due to be heard in early 2016.

Feedback from the conference:
“It is so difficult to find training/updates that are pitched at the right level and all the speakers got it spot on.”
“Great topics and speakers”

Speakers:

Lesley Anderson QC

Louis Doyle

Eleanor Temple

Lisa Walmisley

Claire Jackson

Cheryl Dainty

Eleanor d’Arcy

Aidan Reay
