Standing Kings Counsel are appointed to advise and conduct litigation on behalf of the Insolvency Service in high-profile and complex cases, while also providing strategic and legal advice on intricate issues that arise.
Eleanor will commence her appointment on 1 November 2025, while continuing her practice at Kings Chambers.
