David Casement QC has been appointed for a further term to the the National Anti-Doping Panel and the Sport Resolutions Chairpersons’ List.
David has been listed in the directories as a leader in Sports Law as well as in Commercial Dispute Resolution and Chancery for many years. He is a member of the Football Association Judicial Panel sitting at first instance and on appeals. He is also a member of the Sport Resolutions Chairperson’s List and has chaired numerous diverse sports bodies. David was initially appointed to the National Anti-Doping Panel in 2011. “David has an exceptional reputation for handling high-profile and complex sporting disputes. His knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks is second to none.” (Chambers 2018)
David also has a substantial commercial arbitration practice and is regularly instructed as an arbitrator and as an advocate in ICC, LCIA and Rule K arbitrations.
