A group of Kings members, described by themselves as “the most unlikely group of athletes you will ever encounter”, completed the Clarion 10k in Leeds yesterday. Members included Eleanor d’Arcy, Sarah Pritchard, Alison Ogley, Emily Duckworth, Francesca Gardner and Helen Trotter.

They took on the challenge to raise funds for Yorkshire Cancer Research. They ran in celebration of those who’ve come through cancer, in support of those battling on and in memory of those who are no longer with us and to support the sterling work done by Yorkshire Cancer Research.

They have raised a staggering £2,080 so far for Yorkshire Cancer Research. You can still donate and view their Just Giving Page here.

In addition to the team above, clerk Rory Davis and barrister Martin Budworth ran for the Jane Tomlinson Foundation. Both finished just outside of the 40 minute mark, setting a Kings Chambers record that will be hard to beat!
