We are delighted to announce that we have raised a whopping £10,050 for our chosen charities during our annual Christmas appeal. Funds raised have gone towards purchasing gifts for the Wood Street Mission Christmas Appeal, and a donation of £4,500 to The Booth Centre. The Booth Centre is part of The Big Give scheme which doubles all donations, so the charity, therefore, received a fantastic £9,000 as a result of our donation.
In addition to our monetary donations, some of our members, staff and pupils also volunteered their time to help out at the Wood Street Mission on toy distribution days. This is a humbling experience, and we as a chambers are delighted to see first-hand the fantastic work the Wood Street Mission does.
