Michael Rudd of Kings Chambers recently took part in the Etape du Tour, Europe’s premier cycling sportive, cycling 76 miles over three alpine cols between Megeve and Morzine, including the Col de la Columbiere and the legendary Col de Joux Plane.  The route covered the same route the professionals in the Tour de France covered on the penultimate day, the Queen Stage and included over 9000 feet of climbing.  He completed the very difficult course in gruelling heat in just over 7 hours.

Michael and his two cycling partners were raising money for Get Kids Going, a charity which supports young disabled people, enabling them to take part in sporting activities.
