Rory Goodson’s practice encompasses all areas of Chambers’ business and property work.

During his pupillage, he was exposed to a wide variety of work across a diverse range of fields.

In the second six months of his pupillage, Rory regularly represented clients in the High Court and the County Court in a broad range of applications and trials, including shareholder and company disputes, insolvency applications, contractual litigation, and property and landlord/tenant actions. Rory is also frequently instructed in advisory and drafting work.

Prior to commencing pupillage, Rory undertook an LLM at the University of Chicago Law School, before working for a leading boutique commercial litigation firm.
