Simon is an experienced junior barrister, specialising in all aspects of serious personal injury and occupational disease. He is instructed for claimants and defendants equally, undertaking work up to and including higher value multi-track/catastrophic injuries. He regularly attends court and commands a very busy and successful paperwork practice. He is an extremely effective cross-examiner with excellent attention to detail. He strives to put clients at their ease and make the litigation process less stressful for them, whilst securing them the best result possible.
