Rory joined the Business and Property team in Chambers in October 2022, following the successful completion of his pupillage under the supervision of Richard Lander and Dr Nathan Smith.
Rory's practice encompasses all areas of Chambers' business and property work, and during his pupillage, he was exposed to a wide variety of work across a diverse range of fields.
In the second six months of his pupillage, Rory regularly represented clients in the High Court and the County Court in a broad range of applications and trials, including shareholder and company disputes, insolvency applications, contractual litigation, and property and landlord/tenant actions. Rory is also frequently instructed in advisory and drafting work.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Rory undertook an LLM at the University of Chicago Law School, before working for a leading boutique commercial litigation firm.
