Francesca joined Kings Chambers in the Autumn of 2005 upon successful completion of her pupillage in chambers.  She initially enjoyed a very mixed practice encompassing both personal injury and chancery and commercial work, with a particular emphasis on contractual, consumer credit and sale of goods disputes.  More recently she has focused on her personal injury work and has developed a successful industrial disease practice with particular expertise in NIHL cases.  Her broad initial experience makes her an ideal candidate for dealing with any case with a mixed PI/contract focus.

Francesca has a wide experience of personal injury work, acting on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants in road traffic, fatal accident, Employer’s Liability and Occupier’s Liability cases with widely differing values and including allegations of fraud.  Francesca has acted on her own in cases with valuations up to £500,000, dealing with both liability and quantum in written advice, in conference, at trial and on appeal.  Francesca has a wide experience of dealing with fast track and multi-track matters, from interim applications through to trial.

She acts on a regular basis for a major supermarket in respect of both occupier’s liability and employer’s liability claims.

Francesca will act on a CFA basis.
