He regularly appears before all levels of judiciary from the County Courts and the Supreme Court Cost Office as well as appearing before the High Court and Court of Appeal on important points of principle. His expertise on influential cost questions is regularly sought after in test cases. Craig has a particular expertise in the incidence of costs, managing broken retainers and issues arising from assignment/novation.
