Alison Ogley, acting for Hallam Land Management secured planning permission for up to 75 houses, on a greenfield unallocated site in Aslockton, Rushcliffe. Despite an up to date and recently adopted Local Plan, the Inspector found its policies were out of date due to the absence of a five year supply. the Inspector also held that the development was sustainable and that any adverse impacts would not outweigh the benefits.
