Complaints

We aim to provide a good service at all time. However procedures are in place to ensure any complaints, however seldom received, are given proper attention and an appropriate resolution found.

If you are not the solicitor who instructed the barrister concerned, you may like to discuss your complaint with the solicitor in the first instance, but there is no requirement for you to do so.
