The Kings Disease Litigation team will be seeking to update practitioners in the light of the major judgments awaited from the Supreme Court, namely in Willmore, Sienkiewicz and Baker. They will attempt to shed some light on where the 'Trigger litigation' (in its present form) leaves practitioners and be spending a little time looking at strategies for both the advisors of both sides to maximise their effectiveness to their respective clients.
