Fetal developmental defects caused by chemotherapy in utero (as junior to Satinder Hunjan QC).

Spinal cord injury caused by failure to diagnose infective spondylodiscitis (as junior to Dr Nicholas Braslavsky QC).

Spinal cord injury caused by inappropriate osteopathic treatment.

Delayed diagnosis of soft tissue sarcoma.

Failure to diagnose shoulder injury resulting in increased rotator cuff damage and permanent restriction of work - £700,000 settlement.

Failure to diagnose kidney disease causing reduction in life expectancy. Advice given on options for structure of claim of this nature, whether as a “lost years” claim or by the procedure in Thompson v Arnold.

Stillbirth due to misdiagnosis of placental abruption as latent first stage – settled at mediation.

Missed scaphoid fracture terminating professional rugby career of a promising academy rugby player.
