Property

Jonathan has a strong interest in real property law, including conveyancing, mortgages, easements and other third-party property rights. He has appeared in the Court of Appeal, upholding a judgment in a right-of-way dispute, having previously represented the successful Claimant at a multi-track trial. He appears regularly in the County Court and High Court. Jonathan is also experienced in landlord and tenant work, and is happy to advise and act in relation to business and residential tenancies of all kinds.

Jonathan joined Kings Chambers in 2012 on successful completion of pupillage. He acts and advises in cases spanning all the areas of law covered by the Chancery and Commercial team at Kings Chambers, but with particular focus on the areas of commercial litigation, insolvency, and property law.
