He also has wide experience of road traffic accident litigation, occupiers' liability, employers' liability, including disease litigation, military litigation, etc.

Secured an award of £2m for a Claimant in a persistent vegative state following public funding arrangement;
An award of £1.1m for a Claimant who suffered moderate brain and orthopedic injuries in a motorcycle accident;
An award of £1m for a Claimant who suffered an initial injury following a road traffic accident which was later exacerbated during medical treatment;
A claim valued at £4.5m for a Claimant who suffered severe brain damage and personality change following a road traffic accident;
Litigation involving the Claimant's death whilst performing his duties as a private security officer in Iraq during the recent insurgency;
Recovered substantial damages for an army serviceman who suffered severe neurological injuries whilst working in Bosnia;
Recovered substantial damages for a member of the RAF who suffered severe spinal injuries during a training exercise in Spain;
Recovered substantial damages for the parents of a child who died whilst in the care of her school;
Recovered £450,000 for a Claimant who sustained brain damage in a road traffic accident;
Instructed to advise a member of the army who sustained catastrophic injuries whilst undertaking a recruitment exercise for the Special Forces;
