Ruth joined Chambers in October 2011 upon successful completion of her pupillage. She was the first recipient of the Harold Halliday Personal Injury Pupillage Award.

Ruth practises in the field of personal injury and acts for both Claimants and Defendants and is happy to receive instructions on a CFA basis.

 

Publications

Ruth recently contributed to an article published in the Solicitor’s Journal on Highways Act claims and the implications of the decision in Thomas v Warwickshire County Council [2011] EWHC 772 (QB).
