Successfully opposed at appeal a Sainsbury superstore development proposal at Tavistock, Devon which scheme was also supported by the West Devon B.C. as LPA (client Somerfield Stores Ltd.)

Successfully opposed at appeal a Tesco proposal for a superstore at Great Harwood which was also supported by Hyndburn B.C. as LPA. (client Co-operative Group.)

Permission obtained on appeal for Taylor Wimpey Developments Ltd for 650 dwellings and industrial development at Whittingham Hospital, Preston
