Successfully opposed at appeal a Sainsbury superstore development proposal at Tavistock, Devon which scheme was also supported by the West Devon B.C. as LPA (client Somerfield Stores Ltd.)

Successfully opposed at appeal a Tesco proposal for a superstore at Great Harwood which was also supported by Hyndburn B.C. as LPA. (client Co-operative Group.)

Permission obtained on appeal for Taylor Wimpey Developments Ltd for 650 dwellings and industrial development at Whittingham Hospital, Preston

Permission obtained on appeal for Redrow Homes for 300 houses at Lane End Brickworks Buckley.

Permission on appeal for the reclamation and redevelopment of 5.5ha contaminated land by 250 residential units at Oldbury, West Midlands. (client Morris Homes Ltd.)

Listed Building Consent obtained on appeal for the reconstruction and extension of the listed Tudno Castle Hotel, Llandudno.

Successfully opposed enforcement notice requiring demolition of farmhouse at Sparrowgreave Wincle.
