Nicholas is a specialist in the field of personal injury, and is regularly instructed by solicitors nationally to deal with cases at multi track and fast track level involving:-

road traffic accidents
employer's liability
public liability (highways, occupiers)
fatal accidents
credit hire (principally for Defendants)
holiday accidents
accidents involving animals
CICA claims
All aspects of quantum assessment
Costs assessments, particularly premature issue arguments 

Nicholas acts for Claimants and Defendants in equal measure and is happy to undertake work on a CFA basis.

Owing to Nicholas' employment practice he has particular interest in claims under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 in a workplace context.
