Gemma successfully completed her Pupillage with Kings Chambers in October 2008.
Gemma undertakes a significant volume of work for both Claimants and Defendants in all areas of Personal Injury litigation including Employers' Liability, Occupiers' Liability, Public Liability, Accidents Abroad and Road Traffic. Gemma has a particular interest in clinical negligence, and a growing practice in this area.
Gemma regularly undertakes work on a conditional fee basis and is happy to consider instructions under a CFA.
