David has a busy specialist practice and includes in his clients several National House Builders; a leading provider of Sheltered Accommodation; a range of Institutional Developers of Commercial Property and a large National Restaurant Chain.

He advises on Village Green matters and regularly sits as an Inspector in non-statutory Inquiries.

His involvement in energy and waste projects is extensive having  promoted three Wind farms through inquiry in 2009. In 2010 he has promoted a 10MW Combined Heat and Power Plant at Barry Docks  through inquiry and advised on various others, and promoted two windfarms through inquiry. He is retained by Sellafield Plc in respect of ongoing planning issues.
