Claire is a personal injury and clinical negligence specialist. She acts for both Claimants and Defendants and is accustomed to dealing with high value cases.

Claire is experienced in providing representation and advice in all aspects of personal injury litigation, including road traffic, employer's and public liability. In her established clinical negligence practice Claire has been instructed in a wide variety of claims and she is well used to dealing with complex issues of breach of duty and causation.

Claire has considerable experience of managing teams of experts in the context of both her personal injury and clinical negligence practices and regularly conducts joint settlement meetings.
