Anthony joined Chambers in October 2010 upon successful completion of his pupillage.

Anthony accepts instructions in all areas of Town and Country Planning, including housing, retail, compulsory purchase, highways, enforcement and minerals. Anthony has advisory experience in all of these areas, and regularly appears in planning inquiries, enforcement inquiries, and enforcement prosecutions.

Anthony accepts instructions in the field of Highways Law, including advisory work and appearances at public path and definitive map modification order inquiries.

Anthony has experience appearing in licensing appeals, and has particular experience in appeals relating to premises licences.

Anthony has experience in drafting papers in statutory challenges and Judicial Review proceedings in the High Court. Anthony has experience appearing in the High Court on planning matters.

Anthony has experience appearing in the Lands Tribunal and advising on references to the Tribunal.

Anthony also undertakes work in the field of personal injury. He acts for both Claimants and Defendants in equal measure and is happy to accept instructions on a CFA basis. The majority of his work involves Small Claims and Fast Track actions. His personal injury practice is primarily focused on road traffic litigation.
