Supreme Court on Art 8 in social housing cases

The Supreme Court handed down judgment in the case of LB of Hounslow v Powell & ors [2011] UKSC 8 today providing guidance on the application of article 8 in the context of claims for possession against Introductory Tenants and non-secure occupiers of accommodation provided under the homelessness legislation.
Adam Fullwood of Kings Chambers represented Mr Hall who had his appeal allowed.
