Score draw for Kings' barristers in Premier League case

Kings Chambers' barristers were involved on both sides of the much publicised dispute between Premier League club, Blackpool FC, and its star player, Charlie Adam. The Player succeeded in persuading a Premier League arbitration panel that he was entitled to be paid a £25,000 Championship survival bonus but failed to establish that the non-payment was a breach of contract by the Club which entitled him to leave on a free transfer.
