Art 8 case to Supreme Court
On 30 March 2010 the Court of Apeal granted permission to appeal to the Supreme Court in the case of Leeds CC v Hall. The case concerns the application of ECHR Art 8 to claims for possession brought by social landlords against insecure occupiers. Adam Fullwoood represents Mr Hall. More to follow.
