Insolvency Legislation Book Launch & Seminar

To mark the publication by Jordans of the new edition of their textbook, Insolvency Legislation: Annotations and Commentary , Louis Doyle of Kings Chambers and Professor Andrew Keay will be presenting an insolvency update seminar in Leeds on 22nd April 2009 and Manchester on 23rd April 2009.

Speaker Biographies:
Louis Doyle was called to the Bar in 1996 and is a tenant of Kings Chambers where he has a specialist practice in insolvency work, both contentious and non-contentious.  He has regularly appeared in reported cases in the area. 

Andrew Keay is Professor of Corporate and Commercial Law in the School of Law’s Centre for Business Law and Practice at the University of Leeds where he teaches insolvency law and corporate law at both undergraduate and post graduate level.  He has published numerous books and articles on insolvency law as well as practising in the field in Australia.  He is a member of the Advisory Editorial Board of Insolvency Intelligence the official journal of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association and a member of the Editorial Board of International Insolvency Review.
