Judgement reserved in Rooney appeal

Paul Chaisty QC (leading Mark Harper) was in the Court of Appeal this week representing Wayne and Coleen Rooney as their former agents tried to overturn the decision of HHJ Hegarty QC (July 2010) dismissing their claim for £4 million. After a 2 day hearing judgment was reserved.
