Chambers' members appointed to Equality and Human Rights Commission panel

We are delighted to announce that after a recent selection exercise Melanie Plimmer and Paras Gorasia of Kings Chambers have been appointed to the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) panel of Counsel.  The EHRC will use its preferred list of Counsel from 1 February 2011.

The EHRC has responsibility for the promotion and enforcement of equality and non-discrimination laws in England, Scotland and Wales. Melanie and Paras will act for the EHRC in their respective areas of specialism, namely Public Law (including Equality, Discrimination and Human Rights) and Employment Law.
