Professor Andrew Keay joins Chambers

Kings Chambers is delighted to announce that Professor Andrew Keay has joined Chambers as an associate tenant. 

Andrew joins the Chancery and Commercial team, practicing primarily in all areas of company law with a particular focus on corporate governance issues, directors' powers, duties and responsibilities, and shareholder rights and remedies, and in all areas of insolvency law (corporate and personal).

Andrew was called to the Bar in Australia in 1976 and subsequently practised in South Australia, before moving to the UK in 1997.
